Elizabeth is an author, a mom of three, and a Wisconsinite who knows what it feels like to miss out on moments with her kids because she couldn’t afford the prescription medicine that would help her be present with her little people.

She says:

“There’s been times when I missed out on moments like these. I’m embarrassed to admit it, but there’s been times. I was a single mom for years and the cost of some prescriptions just didn’t fit my budget, so I suffered through the migraines.

My daughter suffered with me.

If only prescriptions were affordable for everyone… we all deserve moments like this!”

Elizabeth is right. Lack of access to medicine shouldn’t ruin special moments for any moms.
